Architectural design proposal for the building complex of the Károlyi István multifunctional Town Centre to be developed in the block within Váci Road, Károlyi István Street, Attila Street and József Attila Street in Budapest, Újpest, District 4.

COMPETITION OBJECTIVE
The Competition Promoter aims at selecting the best architectural
design submission for the multifunctional Town Centre, finalizing the
design program of the centre.
The Competition Promoter wishes to involve the author(s) of the awarded
(prized and/or rewarded) entries into the continuation of the design
work, subject to mutual agreement.

THE COMPETITION TYPE AND FORMAT

d) The competition procedure should be in accordance with:
- Government Decree No. 137/2004.(IV.29) on the detailed rules concerning the design competition procedures,
- Competition Rules of the MÉK (Hungarian Chamber of Architects),
- the requirements of the present competition specifications
REGISTRATIONS AND ACCESS TO COMPETITION DOCUMENTS
Entrants can register and will get a registration code until 24.00 h, April 28, 2008 on the homepage:

Registration fee is 200 € (HUF 50,000), which is payable to the following bank account of the MÉK Kht.:

The registration code number must be indicated on payment of the registration fee. Following the payment of the registration fee, the registration code is activated and the complete competition documents can be downloaded from the www.mek.hu homepage.
Without the registration code the competition documents cannot be downloaded. Without downloading the competition documents, no design submission can be entered into the competition.
